Imagine if you can, this setting: waves breaking on the horizon, a beautiful beach, a clear evening sky, a bed facing the ocean, a tropical balmy breeze, a smooth beverage of choice, a South Pacific song playing softly in the distance, an intimate yet elegant lodging and paradise just oozing at every turn. You have entered a world of romantic bliss; you have entered the world of Little Polynesian Resort in Rarotonga, the Leading Boutique Hotel of the Cook Islands (World Travel Awards 2008, 2009 & 2010) World Famous In the Cook Islands.

Kia Orana from the Little Polynesian. We are the leading boutique Resort of the Cook Islands, with just ten overbeach Ares (bungalows) and four Pia Tiare (garden units) on a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach. Little Polynesian is committed to providing the ultimate Cook Islands experience through outstanding personalised service that surpasses your expectations.

Our Overbeach Ares (bungalows) will turn even the most jaded of cynics into romantics. Imagine waking up each day to the gentle sounds of waves lapping on the beach. Then spend the rest of the day looking out to clear blue skies and azure waters. The lagoon is only footsteps away should the desire to go for a dip overtakes you.
Each of our 10 luxury Overbeach Ares (bungalows) comes with its own private gazebo and daybed overlooking the white sandy beach of Titikaveka. Inviting king size beds also face the lagoon while out-door showers, spa tubs under the stars. Champagne on arrival can all be a part of the Little Polynesian experience.

A Striking First Impression
Upon entering you will instantly note the unusually high roofing, a long but almost forgotten trademark of traditional Cook Islands architecture. Every window has dual options for see-through or private shade settings. Daybeds abound with two inside and one outside on your veranda.
You will certainly notice the small attentions to detail that abound in your intimate Are. Appreciation will certainly develop for the glorious fine wood mahogany floors, the closets with hand carved artistry. The frieze (elegant wood trim) are lime washed mahogany and hand carved with the Cook Islands traditional symbol "tikitiki tangata" meaning "man holding hands in peace and unity". All the furniture is luxury Dedon brand for assured comfort and quality.

Luxury at Every Corner
The bathrooms are sleek and modernly refined. A massive overhead shower will rain down on you like the most blissful waterfall. A second corded shower head is also available to provide additional cleansing delight. Some of the in-room comforts include TV, bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, as well we do not charge for Room Service.

Little Polynesian Rarotonga Awarded by TripAdvisor the 2011 Top 10 Hotels for Romance in the South Pacific.
